Our store is open Monday-Saturday from 9am-5pm. We are closed on Sundays, national holidays and bank holidays.

Disclaimer: Loyalty "points" only act as store credit and can not be redeemed in any other way.

We accept most card types, contactless, and cash in store. Unfortunately we do not offer over phone payment.

With proof of purchase (for example a receipt), we can accept a return within 28 days of purchase. If accepted, products can be exchanged or store credit issued. Items that we do not accept for returns include all freezer/fridge products, unless faulty or recalled. Please contact us for more information on returns.

In order to keep prices as low as possible we only sell in our physical shop. If you are looking for a price or product please contact us.

-We will hold any collection order for up to 14 days from when asked to reserve. After this period the item will no longer be reserved and any payment towards will be refunded.

-If an order is for a special item, high value and/or bulk, the buyer will pay in full before the order is placed.

-For any bulk frozen orders, collection must be same day as our supplier delivery.

We offer a local delivery service from our shop in Anton's Gowt, Boston UK. Please contact us for more information as our delivery charge and minimum spend can vary.

Yes we can. Please ask when placing an order.

Any dog tag orders will be sent to the address you have asked us to send them to when ordering. Otherwise they will be sent to Petfood Supplies for collection. Bank holidays can cause delays in orders being processed/sent to yourselves.

In store and collection:

-For in store and collection we ask for over £1 on card payments, however for cash there is no minimum.

Delivery:

-There is a minimum spend for delivery however this varies. Please contact us for more information.

Unfortunately there are no electric charging points in the car park.

We offer free Wi-Fi to our customers in our store.

Yes, we have a set of veterinary weighing scales in our shop for up to 150kg. Sometimes we have event days for larger animals; keep an eye out on our social media for these!

Of course it is! At busy times we may ask for your pet to be kept on a lead but they are always welcome into our shop. We are more than happy to help assist in weighing and harness fitting.

The entrance to the shop is a sheltered concrete ramp with a minor gradient. We do not have a hearing loop in our store.
